1. How long do my nails last?
With proper application, your nails can last up to two weeks with nail glue. With adhesive tabs, up to 1-2 days.
2. How do I figure out my size?
You can refer to the size chart guide provided and use a measuring tape to measure your nails properly.
3. How long does it take before items are shipped out?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping through USPS may take 2-5 business days once orders are shipped out.
5. Are nails refundable?
Due to the nails being handcrafted, no returns or refunds will be accepted. Please be mindful of the sizes you are purchasing because we are not responsible if the wrong size is ordered. All sales are FINAL!!
6. Are the nails reusable?
Yes, you can reuse your nails if taken off properly and remove excess adhesive buildup on the back of the press-on nails.
7. Are custom sizes available?
Yes, at checkout you may leave us a note with your size for each finger. Sizes are only available from 0 to 9. Please refer to our size chart.
8. What comes with my order?
In your order, you will receive a nail care pack that includes a nail file, nail glue and adhesive tabs, a cuticle stick, an alcohol prep wipe, and a mini buffer.
10. How do I apply it on my nails?
- Push cuticles back with the cuticle stick.
- Shape your nails as well as buffing.
- Remove excess dirt and shine from the nails with the alcohol prep wipe.
- Apply your choice of adhesive provided, then place the nail on top and hold down for 5 seconds.
